The James River Bike Trail

We are still in Lynchburg and had a delightful time doing even more biking---this time down the James River Heritage bike trail.  Pictures say it all.  It's a great place to take kids for a fun, outdoor activity!!!

Lynchburg is full of old abandoned buildings.  Check out this old flour mill!

Pretty neat how a railroad bridge was converted to a bike bridge!

Another bridge shot--beautiful morning!

Obligatory cache.  He says this was one of the oldest in Virginia.  Yeah!
